Diagnostics Port.
I have a 1992 Nissan Maxima GXE. I saw a 1993 Nissan Maxima GXE with a diagnostics port mounted right under the steering wheel column... Where is mine?... I can't seem to find it.

dangling from the left of the steering colum under the dash. it may be tucked into the kick panel or under the dash, but it's there.
