Floor mats...
Hey all,
Where can I get some floor mats for my 92? God only knows what happened to the stockers - but they're not there now... Are originals from Nissan expensive? I'd rather get nice, fitted ones than cheapo Pep Boys-issue or something...
Thanks...

However, an alternative can be found by going here

Those GG Bailey mats are pretty nice, but on my old mustang (it was an 86 GT vert, BTW), I found a set that were all dirty at a junkyard for $10. Then I took them to the do-it-yourself carwash and pressure washed them. They were like new. Just a suggestion.

I bought some 4th gen mats from my dealer. I think they were around $70. They fit almost perfectly, especially the passenger side. The rears are a bit off, but its nothing major. They look really nice too!

do the junkyard thing
someone suggested the junkyard. try that. hit every junk yard you can. try the dealer, too. i got a set at a nissan in valencia, ca about a year ago. new in the box for 3rd gen. total luck. i kept my old OEM ones, too. they are ragged but perhaps can be redone.

Me, personally... I've tried all those things. My car didn't come with mats, so I checked all the junkyards locally (no luck), as well as the two local Nissan dealerships (no luck, as well). So, I "buckled under" and got cheapie K-Mart mats. And yeah, the 4th gens are about as close as you can get to "perfect", but I think I'm gonna end up getting the GG Bailey mats once I get some spare "scratch" together.
