new problem need help asap!!

hey guys whats up i just used some gunk degreaser and cleaned my engine bay to i didnt just spray it all over i just spray certain places then use a cloth with some water and wipe it off to get off the grease and dirt...but now i go and start the car it starts but when the rpm is at about 700 to 2500 the car acts like its fighting to stay started...its acting like its gonna shut off...and when its at idle i go to the exhaust and i hear its doing some different chips like rev changing from the exhaust...and it sounds a bit toned not like the normal smooth exhaust.any idea are welcomed

Probably water shorting out the ignition someplace. Let it dry in the sun or blow it off with air.
