tranny conversion

i'm sure this has been posted before but i have an 89 automatic that i would like to convert to a 5 speed. my second auto has gone to s**t. how much work is involved? what do i need to do and/or change?
any and AS MUCH help would be greatly appreciated!!

Try doing a search. I know there is quite a bit of work involved, not to mention all the parts needed. Most people pick up a parts car to get all the material needed.
