Tranny Issue's? ( OH GOD NO )

I noticed everytime i first start driving my max that the gears shift smoothly and the pedal response in on point. After the engine and tranny warm up, i realize that it takes a little more muscle to shift the car into gears and that the pedal response is not the responsive. Does anyone know what this can be? My guesses are that this is a sign of a dying clutch or a dieing tranny. I can be wrong! Any suggestions?

Knock sensor retarding timing causing lower power at the same RPM and hence the lack of response
Just a theory though
