How do I bleed air out of heater core?

How do I bleed air out of heater core?

I've tried the opening the bleed screw and squeezing the top radiator hose but that didn't work. I hear gurgling when the heat is on and my heat sucks.

Jack up the car's front end until it's like 1 meter off the ground (or something like that)
And fill th e coolant
