they broke my rim!
ok...i took my car to sears today because it sounded like the front wheels were abotu to fall off...they call me and tell me, that the new rim i put on, the SE one that replaced the mismatched GXE wheel, was rubbing against the lugnuts? how does that happen!? im thinkin THEY didnt tighten it when they put it on (I got 2 new snow tires 2 weeks ago, and I had them put the new tire on the new matching rim), so THEY can replace my rim, am I right?

If you had them install the wheels the last time, then they're partly to blame.
the problem is that I believe it states in the sears paperwork that you're supposed to retighten the lugs after 50 or so miles--- so them leaving them loose is also your responsibility to check.
but if they were the last place that touched the wheels, I would definitely make sure the manager knows that and do what you can to have them help you in the repair/replacement costs.
