Personally, I like three spoilers WW Spoiler that is for the Max, and is called (Custom) it hangs of the rear like the Black Widow spoiler on a civic. Or the Spoiler SeaMax has, I think it is the Kamanari Spoiler. Those two are made for the Max, but a universal spoiler that looks nice on the max is the spoiler N34JZ has, the WW touring spoiler, if you want the more elevated look.

the best spoiler for the max IMO...and everyone has their own opinion...is the stillen type II. A little different from stock but not much so.

Only drawback is it will not just bolt up when you get it. First if you have an SE you will have to weld up the original holes and re drill. If you have a GXE thats not a problem. The other thing is that the fit is horrible. It needs fiberglass work to get it to fit the trunk lid correctly.

CHeck my site for pics.

if only the stock Subaru WRX spoiler would fit on a max....besides fitment, it will have to be repainted...ummm... or... maybe... repaint the whole car to match it

I have to agree with Drrrive and awsm66. Look at either this wing, or this wing, or even this one!

does anyone know what rims N34JZ has? I love his spoiler but i think it's a little too high off the trunk for me, like how it wraps around the rear fender too

N34JZ, Are you going to be selling your 17's when you upgrade. If so give me a price. I call first dibs if he is selling!!! Forgot to mention that they'll go good with my car's color. The Grand Touring wing goes good with Maxima's along with the Kaminari (I think that's it's name) wing is good looking to but a wee-bit pricey. The site I saw it on was like 325+!!

They don't make the Stillen type II wing anymore, IIRC. But don't quote me!! I've been known to be wrong...

I still like the WW one, though... (man, I gotta find one of those!!)

ok about the wings west one, there are two wings, the real wings west one that I have and there is one that nopi sells, the one nopi sells is lower wider and doesnt look as good IMO, but it is cheaper.

here is the WW

I know its on a 4th gen but its the same one I have

Jay, how wide IS the WW wing? Because I'll agree, that one looks a bit better than the one Nopi sells. But one thing I noted frm their site, was that it comes in different widths, from 48" up to 61"

ww is 61" but thats from side to side, the nopi is the same but im talking about the width of the top deck of the wing and the side flaps being different on the nopi one. max420 had one and its totally different

nupe is wrong not only about 5 spoke rims but the type 2 wing too LOL. I remember this rumor floating around a while back too but called them up and sure enough they had one and shipped it out. Call to order if you do though because I got mine for cheaper than the web site price and that was including shipping.

Stillen still makes it. They call it a sport wing now but is still listed as a type2 wing on their site. I just went to the site and its listed.

Go to the stillen site, click on sports cars, click on the 92-94 maxima link, click exterior on the top of the page (in a tab), now go to page 2 and its the last thing listed.

I will try a direct link but am pretty sure it will not go to it...thats why I did the above.
