sad thing is... it's got this. all the other seats are perfect. Whacha'll say? Repairable? Worth the 65 bucks for the seats?

i think that is factory gxe leather. Looks repairable. sixty five bucks for front and rear seats seems like a good deal. Leather cracks in that area anyway, so likely it would have to be repaired on most cars anyway.

Looks like factory leather. Almost like my '89 GXE. But mine is near perfect...

I think that is factory leather. The dealer installed is poofier and has more seams in it (right, MrGone?)

I think that's a good deal if you want leather. does that include the back seat, too? Even if that isn't repairable, as long as it's comfortable to sit in...

BTW, grab the steering wheel, Shawn needs a spare

If you go back for parts, I need the triangle vent on the dash, driver's side.

If I successfully swap the steering column head I'll have a '89 steering wheel just like that f/s.

Anton, my mom said she could do it (well she said she could give it a try, but she said the same thing about my shift boot and it turned out great, and my seat).

The only thing is it will probably cost about $25 in materials since she will need to get 2 feet of material this time instead of just 1 foot (she said the roll is about 6 feet long.
When she first fixed my seat she said it cost about $10-$13bucks (I cant completely remember) for the material. Then since she used about 2 feet for the seat, we had the rest left to use for the shift boot.

hey brian, who referred you?

I am mainly using it for the bandwidth and disk space, I setup a subdomain and redirected from my other side (digitalbeta.net) so I could actually remember the address. Then I've got my house server. I think I might be over doing it alittle.

hey good thing this thread topic has changed....

dave, i'm still up in arms about this... I don't want leaster persay... I just thought of it as a great business oppertunity. pick them up cheap, sell them for a little bit more....

I called the guy and he said he'll save it for me. it's essentially just a matter of me picking it up. If I had a job right now, they'd already be here.
