Clutch problems

My clutch and tranny have been acting strangely lately. I was driving to school yesterday and it was cold, windchill was -25, and i went to accelerate while in gear and the RPMs just racked up but i didn't go any faster. I am writing it off to the cold weather, but it is warming up and it is still doing that. Just replaced the clutch and transmission in sept.

It takes mine about 15 minutes of driving to actually engage right. It is sometimes difficult to shift when i first start driving.
