I have always assumed since they are called "inserts" they are removeable, but a search has turned up nothing. Has anyone swapped their cloth inserts for leather ones, or does the whole door panel need to be replaced?

 

i redid my door inserts. the inserts dont come out i had to pull my orginal insert material off and glue other stuff right on then use welt cord around the edge came out nice. but thats all you can do they arent removable.
