I broke a screw that went to a metal bar, that looked like it went from the bumper of the car to the frame. Do I need that bar?... How would i take out the broken screw?

yes you need it...if not your fender will/might be flopping in the wind or get caught in a car wash.

C'mon you know that bolt he's talking about. It's the one on the side, next to the bar, under the plate that's holding up the bracket
