compressed brain?

yes, I am a tard. I needed to know if you have to do some sort of decompression before you disconnect the hoses from the a/c compressor.

You have to have the Freon removed before you can open any hoses......This takes a service dept to do unless you have the machine.....BTW, it is a federal offence to let out the gas on purpose.....Plus its expensive, hope you don't have R12.....

I'm stupid, this thread is worthless....I'm doing an engine swap and I just realized (d0h) that I can just unbolt the compressor from the engine and don't really need to worry about disconnecting the hoses. bow down to my stupidness ( is that a word? )
