1989 recall info
Does anyone have a web link or info on 1989 recalls. I was getting gaskets for air intake assembly and my parts supplier said before doing anything with it, check to see if my car went back in for a fuel injection problem/recall. I guess the 89's had some problem with the fuel injection?? Any help??

Anyhow, as far as I know it was only for the 2nd gen, but you can go to www.nhtsa.dot.gov and do a search for recalls (and TSB's), or just call Nissan Canada (or USA as the case may be) and give them your VIN. They will be able to tell you about any outstanding recalls that haven't been performed on your car.
