A bunch of stuff

I about to drop some loot into my trusty beater max. Will be commuting more in the near future. So here's the plan, any input is appreciated. I need a few tips.

1) Front control arm bushings-I read that I can use all 4th gen Energy suspension polys. True? If not, I also read the 2nd gens fit the rear front control arm position. What's the deal. I see a current thread on this.

2)BRAKES. Big time. Either going upgraded stock (slotted stock Brembos with good pads and Stainless braided hoses, with a good flush. What does it take to do a budget rotor/caliper upgrade? I understand i can use Z car calipers. What exactly is the deal. Need custom brackets? Z32 would be cool.

3) Anyone have a front bumper cover f/s? Mine is totally f'd. Rear too, but salvagable.

4) Anyone have known good injectors f/s? How about a Carbon fiber hood or trunklid? I mean stock trunklid unless there is a carbon one lying around.

5) A Greddy SP system in good shape f/s?

Help is appreciated. I would search but...

I have a rear bumper that isn't too bad, could use a paint job. It's black so you'd probably have to paint it anyway.

I also have a maroon gxe trunk lid. My SE trunk lid is rusty, but the gxe is good accept the locking mechanism and light bar (put yours on it). I also have a light bar for sale from my 92. I've got a thread on all this in the FS section.

I also think my injectors are probably good, but I haven't tested them.

If you really want to upgrade the brakes contact matt.

z32 rotors must be shaved down 3mm from ---> radius.
upgrade lines to ss. lordrandall did this conversion with great success. z32 cals will clear 16's. i believe blehmcos (matt's) will only clear 17's. i'm gonna pm him to confirm this, actually (unless he visits this thread beforehand).

Who said to use the Z32 rotors?
The calipers fitment Vary by the wheel design more than anything else

it's just f.y.i. he can use whatever he wants, of course. i have a habit of defaulting to that rotor when z32 cals are brought up. you are correct about the variance. were i to go brembo, i'd stay with standards. not slotted. you have a strutural integrity issue with slotted rotors. they look cool. and they may be literally "cooler." but are they really cool? (rhetorical question as a pun)
