I am new to the Maxima.org and this questions is regarding engine life.

I am trying to purchase a 94 Maxima: Between car engine what is the milage I should be looking for? what would be to high of a milage for this generations car? and what would be too low to trust? Thanks guys and girls.

if its a 5-speed, then u shouldnt have too big of a problem, be weary of a car over 200000, the engine can last a long time if properly maintained, the tranny can be a problem if its an auto.

buy it, you will be happy with it

Well, Honda gives free maintenance for the (remaining) life of the car once it goes over 300k. A guy has 475k on his Accord and it is the highest mileage Accord in his gen.

i don't want to say anything about how my car runs cause i know the second i say "my car has 120k miles on it and it runs perfect", the exhaust studs will break and the transmission will go again.
