Leave it to me!

Yes, i managed the impossible.

I picked up my new gague pod today... turns out it was from a 1989 GXE, without airbags.

So i got the bright idea to try and take the tach assembly out of it, and put it back in my pod thing. Well the font was different so i pryed off the needle, then took the plastic part with the numbers on it then switched them.

Well, the whole tach assembly was different. But i hooked it up anyways hoping it would work anyways. Needless to say it didnt, so i threw it all back together again back to the way it was.

Anyways, Does anyone have a pod out of a 94 SE, or GXE?

Well as long as it has an airbag warning light, and no ABS i guess it will work.

When you say without black bezzel cover you mean its just the white plastic back part with the gagues in it (whole thing minus the black piece and the clear cover? If so how does $50 sound?

I'm mostly sure you can find one on ebaymotors.com for $25-35:

Just make sure that MPHs are correct (with max of 125 or 145 - whatever you got right now)

i need it to be 200km/hr max.

Sadly i think my motor is on its way out, decided to go for a speed run today and it would barely pull 180, then i went down a hill so it went a bit faster but then i had to stop.
