Are all Y-pipe sensor for 94 max pointing to the ground?

I just had my cattman y-pipe installed & the mechanic warned me that the sensor is pointing the ground that it might break off in the future because it's too close.
The stock pipe's sensor is positioned side ways though.

Are all your y-pipe sensors for 89-94 max have the same thing?
How do I fix this?

Dont know about that cattman I know on my WSP Y it is safe on the side.(NICE)

My Cattman points slightly down(ie..4 o'clock or so) Just about like the stock one does. Do you know how the stock one points?

Nice! I'm returning mine & get the warpspeed y pipe inside.
It's cheaper & the sensor is pointing side ways @ 3 o'clock.
