Engine rebuild kits

Hello everyone! I'm new to these forums and would like to pick your expert brains. I have a 94 SE with the DOHC engine, it has 244200 on it. The engine runs alright but has stated using a quart of oil about every 3 weeks. It has the ticking that eveyone else seems to have also. Is there any place to get engine rebuild kits and gaskets other than Nissan? I'm sure with this many miles it will need a total rebuild. I hate to get rid of it, 27 mpg around town and to work has spoiled me. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I sell the gaskets, one of the few selling the correct ones , and I can get 95% of the engine parts.
