power windows problem

power windows problem

i have a problem with my windows on the main switch they go down but won't go up the driver one does but the rest don't. However on the rest of the doors they work perfectly. Has anyone had this problem before?

Those main switches seem to have this problem a lot. I'm looking at possibly fixing some of them if I can find the right parts. For now though, I'd say get a new switch - either new from Nissan (jerryromenissan.com has a discount if you use code 'sale30' until the end of this month for 30% off list price) or www.car-part.com for used ones.

I have just experienced a simialar problem. One of my rear door window has gone down all the way and won't come up again. The windows on the other doors work fine. How shall I solve this problem?

96se, I had the SAME problem and fixed it with one (looked brand new) from the junk yard. Cost was $20.

happened on my 91se. driverside rear window wont go down but goes up. if you used the driverside rear switch, it is fully functional. im assuming that since the drivers side door gets opened and clsoed the most + weather conditions, water got into switch...im pretty sure water got in mine with the wierd weather in nyc.
