Tiny Bulbs in Dash
The backlighting on my dash switches started to go one by one (Hazard, Rear Def., Vent flap lever) so I decided to do something about it. I looked at the Hazard switch and after looking at it from a couple of angles, I recognized that it was snapped together, so I unsnapped it, and lo and behold found a serviceable bulb inside.
Now the question of the day is if anybody has changed these, where did you get the replacement bulbs? I was going to try Nissan Monday, but if anybody knows another place to get them, let me know. It says TSD 077 on the back.

Try Radio Shack. I just went on Friday and picked up a 2-pack of miniature bulbs for the cruise and fog light switches. They've got a good variety to choose from.
Do they have any hyper-white or are all of them like OEM replacements?

I stopped by Radio Shack on the way home today and got the bulbs. It does come in a 2-pack and the catalog number is 272-1092C. It's also referred to as #7219.
I took the rest of my switches with the blown bulbs apart and took the bulbs off their respective bases and threaded the new bulbs into the bases.
I put them back in my car and it lit up just like new again :-) :-). I'm really happy to see my car back in this state again.
To answer CRSMAX, all are OEM replacements. I noticed that the hazard light had a blue light diffuser on it (none of the others did). I have no idea where you can get the this blue light diffuser (other than the hazard switch on the Max), but I imagine that if you cover each bulb with the light diffuser (actually, it's probably easier to use transparent blue paint), then you'll probably get a hyper white light.
FYI, each two pack of lights are only $1.19.

Re: Thanks DREW
Do any of the other switches light up? Specifically, the climate control system is very hard to navigate in the dark. I usually hit the wrong button a few times before I get the right one. Are they backlit at all?
Thanks,
Barry
