i have a quick question for you guys. what happens if you are driving and your window suddenlt lowers itself. that happened to me today, i was driving at my passenger side window lowered itself all the the way down. it is the regualor? or something else? any help will do thanks

 

Does the window go back up? Did it fall down? If it fell down and won't go back up it is likely the window regulator. Is the motor running in the door? You may be able to fix the broken plastic bits, but you likely need a new regulator.

 

i heard the motor running, and the window rolls up fine, after it rolls up i lock it and it is fine, however when i go to start the car it rolls down

 

it's strange beause the window works fine now, but any help will do thanks

 

thats weird i thought it might be your regulator but if it was i dont think it would go back up maybe your motor is shorting out or somthing

 

wouldn't it be the regulator that rolls the window up and down, or is it the motor, what does the motor do, and what does the regualtor do, and help will do
