BMW sidemarker lights on Maxima

Has anyone put on sidemarker lights on their max? I was thinking about putting on the clear ones from a 2002 BMW. Here's the link to the one's I was looking at. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEBWN%3AIT

I was thinking it would make our cars look more expensive.

What was such a pain about it? I went ahead and bought them, but I wanted to know if there's anything I should look out for when installing? Do they need any special connectors or adapters? I was thinking they would tie into my corners. Drilling through the fender and bolting them on will take some time to make sure they're straight, then I was going to seal them against the fender with probably silicone, to make sure they're watertight. How did you put yours on? Thanks for the info.
