yeah, my buddy j who owns a fairly modded accord drove my max and called it junk! i was so pissed off! THE NERVE! his junk accord that he's put thousands into to keep on the road, and he calls my max junk. you wanna know why. cause it handles like a big car, and the shifter is sloppy. granted, my shifter is a freakin tree it's so long, (i put a carbon fiber shift **** on it out of a junk car we had, it looks good though), but i never miss gears with it. besides, i want to put a short shifter in it. but here's the thing. does that short shifter make it any more precise? i did with the civic.

 

start modding your suspension. when i first drove my car without the suspension moddified i was a little dissapointed at how it handled. drove like a BIG car. now it handles great. when the sway bars go on it'll be even better. i think the suspension is the best thing to start with when modding this car. in my opinion thats what you can really notice.
