headlight problem, need help quick!

hey guys, it's been forever since i was on here! i figured you all might be able to give me some information. my driver's side headlight will not work. it is not the bulb b/c i already replaced it. but, it will work on brights. i have fairly new wiring harnesses so i know that is not the problem, and i changed out all the fuses. also, sometimes my brights don't work on the 1st try, i gotta flash them 2 or 3 times to make them work. i just want to get everything working right again, and never mess with those things again! i had those nokya bulbs like 2 or 3 years ago, and they haven't been right since. been running stock bulbs for about a year now and i can't understand why i'm having these problems? please, someone tell me what to do!

Are you stock or do you have any other mods? I've heard of a burned out light switch/stalk on the steering column causing one headlight to not work-can't remember if it usually wipes out hi and low on one side, or just affects one function. I think there was a post a few days ago sort of similiar, so try and scroll back a few days. Of course, have you switched bulbs to make sure it isn't a bulb problem. What problems did the nokya bulbs cause?

should have said that when i had the nokya bulbs, i also put in an apc rewire kit, but i don't see how that would have gone bad with stock bulbs in it?

sounds to me like it's the headlight stalk on the steering column
I've heard of these going bad on several 3rd gens before.
If you happen to live near someone in Lexington/UK area who you could borrow a stalk from, that'd be an easy way to test it (JAY)

You think that could be my problem too.....

Here's what I posted a few days ago....

Help me out guys, I've been pulled over too many times for only one headlight
I checked the fuses and what I heard from the thread was that it wasn't the relay. Maybe a rewire is in order, but I don't know.
