When i start my 90se 5speed in the morning, it will idle between 1500-2000 rpms for about 5 minutes. when i lived in so.california i didnt have this problem, could it be because i've moved up north into a colder climate?

 

Yes if the tempature is cold the ecu will raise
the idle to help the motor run.
