MY VTCs started acting up!!!
Well I think it's the VTCs
When I start the car there is no sound, when I start pushing the throttle in 1st, it'll kinda tick until I shift in 2nd, then put the throttle in 2nd, it'll start again.
It'll do this for about 5mins of driving then go away. If I park the car for 20 mins or so and start it up, it'll start all over again.

Sounds like a broken exhaust manifold stud to me. Start the car when you most likey hear the noise and then open the hood. Goose the throttle and see if you identify where the noise is coming from. Also check to see if all the manifold nuts are still there.
