looks good
be sure to coat the edges of the hole with some rustproofing stuff since the metal is now exposed

Props on that. Looks real nice. Now all you need are those slotted fenders and it will be a BMW clip.

i know you probably dont want to hear this, but i think you mounted them a bit high. shouldnt they be in line with the corner lamps? or if not the corner lamps, in line with the door mouldings?

well, regardless, i like the shape of the indicator and it looks good overall.

On the 02/03 bmw, they mount these high on the fender and not in line with the corners because they curve downward (not rectangle marker) toward them.

Thanks guys for the props. Oh yeah, i did coat the edges with some touch up paint after sanding the edges down so they were smooth and wouldn't cut the wires.

if im not mistaken, doesnt the 02/03 3series have a body line that runs along the length of the car? i think there is, and i think that indicator is mounted to follow the flow of that body line.

moot point, but good work none the less.
