stuff to look for when buyin used maxima?

1992 Maxima 133k miles

paint is in nice cond. except for the plastic bumpers which are completey faded (yellow in some parts)

everything seems to be functioning mechanically, starts fine/sounds fine/shifts fine and they have all the matinence records and it looks well taken car of, no major problems in the past it appears.

JN1EJ01P2NT108840 is the VIN and carfax says they have 1 record on it but dont have account, is it worth it?

thinkin offering 2.5?

anything I should look for or whatnot?

thanks

I remember I got to check out the car I have, I even test drove it, I never turned on the stereo, check that if you care, also power locks and the windows to check for regulators/motors are all working, lights...etc.

i would say check the rear wheel wells and trunk for rust and rust in those areas are common on the 3rd gen...but you are in texas...so rust shouldnt be a problem

I got mine for $2500, with 140k. Leather (no rips), roof, everything works on it, set of studded snow tires mounted on steel wheels and an Alpine CD player. Paint very good, no rust, no dents bigger than a door ding.

im trying to understand why you put a sad smiley next to auto. if that mean you dont want an auto (and who does) why not look for a stick
