keykess entry buttons....

my question is , is it really hard to replace the touch keys on the door of a 92 maxima.. my lock button on the driver side seems to be wearing down.. and was wondering on replacing the entire touch pad on both side... and them amybe i can go under my dash and get my master code to actuslly use the darn thing... thanks for your time fellow nissan drivers.....
