Headlight Problem... Help

Headlight Problem... Help
Driving home last night, my headlights just stopped working. The fog lights remained on, so I could make it home. When I got home, I noticed the high beam light inside the car would stay on even if I had my low beams on. I checked all fuses and fuse links and none of them are blown. Any ideas as to what could be causing my headlights not tocome on?
