Can someone please tell me how to take my grille out and insert another one. I thought I was doing correctly but it's pretty hard; I am probably just making it harder than it really is though. The bottom line is I need some help.

 

the grills snap in take some pliers or your fingers and squeeze the snap on the back of it together and it will pop out after youve loosend each one.
