Intake Chip

Ive seen in pics that some people have some kind of wire that goes around the outside of the popcharger dowes anyone know what that is and where i can find one? look at the picture on this web site: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/386548/2

oh that wire is for his power cable for his audio system. it feeds the amp(s) power
