Eibach or Intrax
I just bought some 18x7.5 w/225/40/18 wheels and tires with kyb gr-2 struts,
now I need some springs. Which should I buy , eibach or intrax? I don't want to bottom out all the time and I don't want a 4x4 what should I do? Thanks

eibach gives you a 1.2 inch drop and retains all the ride qaulity possible, intrax is a 2 inch drop but youll feel bumps in the road considerably more, as their alot stiffer type of suspension. its your preference whether you want comfort or style, we cant choose for you

i prefer intrax...thats what i have...but i have ridden in a max with eibachs...i think both ride about the same...i dont think the intrax is too harsh for the amount of drop they are...but its your personal preference on how low you want to go

Yup.
The way the lighting is, the wheel gap appears bigger than it really is. There is about a 3-finger gap in front, and 1.5 in the rear (and my trunk is filled with crap). I've gotten used to the drop, it's fine for me. The only reason I would go with Intrax is that they have a softer ride than Eibachs (contrary to some of the posts above). Even though the Intrax have a bigger drop, their spring rate is softer compared to the Eibachs and in the end that's the determining factor for ride quality IMHO. You could always go in between and get suspension techniques springs, they provide a 1.5" drop and they ride fine (I used to have them on my white Max). They also are cheaper than both brands you are considering ($140 + shipping at JCwhitney).

OK, I'm going to play the roll of the disgruntle member
Why do folks always ask which springs to buy. By now we all know which springs offer what in ride height, performance, etc. Let's take for example the two springs that were mentioned. For those two springs it all depends on what you're looking for (as previously stated) One offers a lower drop over the other.
Another disgruntle opinion. I keep reading how folks are saying Sprints and Intrax give you a bumpy ride, bullsh!t. Let me ask all those with Sprints or Intrax, do you have a bumpy ride? Because I know I dont.
The only problem here is that folks have different opinion what consists of a bumpy ride. Everyone have different tolerance.
I'm furtunate enough to have experience both Eibach and Sprints on my car. I had Eibach/Tokico for several years and was overall happy with it. Nine months ago I removed my Eibachs/Tokico and installed Sprints/Koni's and I'm happier due to its lower stance.
I've loaded my Sprints with passengers and luggage and have yet to bottom out or have a bumpy ride, even when I'm riding solo.
