Has anyone upgraded their fuel pump? and can you tell a big difference in performance or MPG?

If your stock fuel pump is providing enough pressure, I doubt would feel any difference in power. Any extra fuel pressure provided by the fuel pump would be adjusted down by the stock fuel pump pressure regulator.

AHA!!!

That is why you leave the fuel pump alone and buy a Stillen fuel pressure riser! Wonderfull, completely adjustable within a half pound...easily. Easy install and increased both power and fuel economy on my '89 Max! Stillen is expensive but there are other brands out there, I just don't know if they come with a pressure gauge on it. I've got pics!
