Gen 3 digital dash. Pics anyone?

Friend of mine just bought a 92 240SX SE 5-speed with digital Speedo and HUD. It reminded me of the Gen 3 Maxima, which had an option for a Digital Dash. I remember seeing one, only one ever.

Anyone have photos of this? And who here owns one of these digital Gen 3 Maximas? Would be so cool to see one again.

I don't think this was available on SE at all. GXE only if I remember correctly.

I also have never seen any pictures of the digital dash. When I first got my car I was looking through the manual and I saw the drawings for the digital dash. They look so cool. It reminds me of the S2000 dash. Later that day I searched on the .org back when searching was allowed and I could not find anything on it. Oh and I thought my friend told me somthing about he was going to buy a 93 SE with a digital dash, he could be wrong though.

my friend has a 92 240sx 5 sp. wouldnt it make sense for it to only come in a 5sp, since the tach is to replace the speedo? j/w

Now I can't see it in the first set of pics...but did all the digital dashes go with ACC? The only one I've seen has Digital Climate Control too....

I picked up one of those digital dashes off e-Bay. I was hoping it was going to be an easy swap with the analog dials but I'm not proficent enough with car electronics to get it going (read..too lazy to mess with it). I'm about ready to put it back up on e-Bay. Didn't get the HUD though.

Hmmm...it would be nice to wire only the HUD and keep the analog dash.
