Hey all,
I just installed a new window regulator in my DS front door. The old one wasn't broken, but it went up very slowly and often needed help. Well, so does the new one. What gives? What should I do? The old one wasn't all that dry either, it still had grease on it - and the new one came with grease on it.

if the old regulator wasn't broken and you reused the same motor, what makes you think it would go faster?

Also try greasing the window rails. I know some people have used silicone spray for that
