Is it security system?
Hi,
I replaced all fuel injectors in my 92 Maxima GXE. The engine run for several seconds then died and never start again (engine rotates but will not start). The mechanic found there is no power coming to fuel injector. He said it could be the security system blocking starting. Could anybody tell me if it's possible and how to disarm the security. I tried to input the code again and again. I can roll down the window with the code.

I think they did it with the right ones. They ordered by OEM #.
The reason I changed the injectors is hard, if not no, start. They said it is because of the bad injectors. But after the work, problem is still there. Can anybody figure out anything from the fact that no power coming to fuel injectors? Thanks.

they won't be wet if you're not getting any fuel to them.
are you sure it's the injectors and not the fuel pump?
turn the ignition on, and SLOWLY crank the engine by hand by sticking a bigarse socket (27mm) on the crank pulley and have someone up top listen for the injectors to fire as you turn the engine. if you don't hear any clicking (about three per turn), then the injectors aren't working- fried ECU possibly.. if you DO hear the clicking, then check fuel pressure.

They unplugged fuel filter. Fuel pumps out when crank the engine. They think fuel pump works fine. They are trying to figure out why no power coming to the injector.
I read a lot posters recently about Maxima's hard, or no, start, seems it's not uncommon with Gen 3. But nobody came out with a solution.
