Anyone want the vg30de ecu to tamper with?
I'm picking one up next weekend so if anyone want's it, let me know.

why are you getting the DE ECU?

will it run the VG30e properly??

 

are you paying for it? or is it a freebie?

I really just want to get a peek of the electronics, to compare to the VE ecu.

But I am guessing that the J30 was probably an Automatic, so probably won't have the same eprom that the 5-speed one has.... hmmm

Let me know when you get it, ill ask you about the board inside.

For the VG guys, it won't do squat. for the VE guys, you can probably get it to run after some modding and adding sensors to the engine (extra O2 sensor, extra fuel temp sensor)..
but for the VG guys, no chance.

 

i'm getting it for next to nothing and i know that it's useless to me, so that's why i put it up here
