HEADLIGHTS! (whistle) here boy!

I just found 92-98 e36 headlights on ebay with angel eye projectors for under $300. I was thinking of buying these , but they come with the corners. Will the bmw corners fit on a 3rd. gen max? And where else could i find e36 headlights and maxima clear corners for cheap.

Holla,

yes you should smack yourself.

but anyway go to

http://www.procarparts.com

look up bmw --> E36's 92-98 find projector head lights. there ya go for 189 w/o the corner. Those coners will only fit with lots of modification.

you can also find clears on that page

also on

BTW... if you don't like the Carbon Fiber look.... they have tons on there. In fact, you can find them cheaper if you go with something other than CF

Are either of these lights e-code? Just wondering, because they don't mention it, in fact, they don't even say DOT. However someone who has them could check the lenses.

Just found angel-eye projectors by HELLA, but the halos are red. They are for the euro-spec beamers and i was wondering if they were legal here in the states.

Red headlights? That's a negative.

german spec Hella e-36s

Ok, quick wonder here... I shopped and shopped for my bmw's heads... And for some reason couldnt settle on the vast selection of cheapies -($150-250) that ebay has so many of... I went with the german spec Hella's @ the slightly over $400 mark... Did waste the money, or did I actually buy sweet heads? They deff look way nicer then the others. But will the perform? Any comment, suggestions, smacks to the back o da head, are welcome

us spec = plastic (yellowing, pitting, and fogging are comon and fast) dont waste your money!

euro spec = Glass (removable) easy to clean, better quality, and brighter with projectors

believe me when i say this! dont waste your time doing this mod unless you plan on doing it with the right stuff. us spec is garbage.
