Well, a new cluster might fix the gauge problems...the leak in the gasket is some sort of TSB if I remember right...it looks like a head gasket is blown but it's not, I read that some where...do you have aftermarket wheels/tires on it? they could be the wrong size causing rubbing...and the horn could be wiring somewhere...check for a short

a cluster is the gauges...you can get one at a junkyard...mine i think was like $15...tsb = technical service bulletin, like a recall but different...the aftermarket rims were probably your rubbing problem...welcome to the org and if you can get a cardomain

well you can replace that cluster with one from the junkyard. There is a TSB website if ou check the FAQs at the top of the 3rd gen forum. Welcome aboard and get some pics up on cardomain.

You can get a new control arm from www.internetautomart.com (org member) for $85 + shipping. Since it sounds like you haven't had alot of experience working on cars, you should probably have a mechanic install it. It would about 1-1.5 hours labor I would imagine.
