don't bother trying to frankenstein something else onto the car. just buy some 3rd gen springs and don't worry about it.

and no, no other car's coilovers will fit if that's what you're looking for.

Please explain in detailed technical terms why you want to ice skate uphill and try to use springs from a different car on your 1991 maxima.

cause skating uphill gives you a better workout, heh. seriously tho do as suggested and get springs modeled for our car, suspension isnt somethin that you wanna mess around with should something go wrong.

Alrighty, is 400$ a good price installed for 4 eibach springs, a lowered car alignment. Also should i get new struts and shocks for 99$ more installed? They are the napa ones

i'd up to at least KYBs for the struts if you can but the installed eibach price isn't too bad with alignment

kyb's are not that exp on ebay..also go w/ eibachs.an alignment would cost the least 50 on a dropped car.

If you're going to run Eibachs, dont' get anything less than Tokico. they're just too stiff for KYB or any of the cheapola parts store crap.

you get what you pay for. the $99 struts from NAPA are exactly what you think they are- dirt cheap crapola.

$400 for the springs and alignment would only be decent if that includes installing the springs. otherwise you're getting skrood. 4 wheel alignment is about $60 and the springs you can find for around $240 or so.

Well I got the Eibach springs, and some Monroe Sensa Trac Struts and Shocks for 800$ total installed. It now like driving a completly different car, it handles like a dream now, I happy now that I just did it the correct way instead of trying to be cheap about it.
