Skyline Project Countdown!!!!

FELLOW MAXIMA FORMUM MEMBERS!!! The countdown is now....... The log awaited body job is finally going to start!!! My 1992 SE 5sp will be going into the body shop next week to begin preparations of a 100% transformation!!! But, there is a small part gap that might get swapped! As of now, its the STILLEN AREO Kit that is in plans to go on the car, as well as the IMPOSSIBLE TO GET Stillen GTR Maxima Spoiler. I originally wanted to go with a complete SKYLINE Body Mod, but had dropped the idea due to limitations of $$$, wellllllll, after much time passed, the money is there to do it if I want, and need to get a couple of questions answered.... : Im gonna buy a Skyline Front Bumper and have been told that the 95+ 240SX would be the closest -with modifications- CAN ANYONE TELL ME OTHERWISE??? Whos got the URITHANE FRONT for that car? Also... Skyline REAR TAIL LIGHTS --- R33's yes???

Heres the deal guys! I really need input here from you guys who have done or tried this. This car is going to possibly one of the hottest 3RD GENS in existance. My body shop is bending over backward to do this right. I will MOST DEFF post you all pics and plan on documenting the project as we go! Im going to be there for the whole thing!!!! So please, read this, and reply as you will! MUCH APPRECIATION GUYS!!!! NISSANS WILL RULE THE WORLD!

well, i dunno how many people have done this, but definetly go with the R33's because IMO they look better than the R34s. Good luck with it, sounds like it will be pretty nice when done, but you gotta come with pics otherwise noone will believe you.

If your body shop is bending over backwards for this, why do you need the help of a bunch of un-informed ricers from the internet, other than to just egg you on?

Your body shop should be able to figure that out much easier than we would, no?

So where is the big deal??? Like mentioned before, it is just going to be a regular Max with a Stillen Kit and R33 tail-lights. And the oh-so-hard-to-get Stillen GTR Spoiler. (Never heard of it...)
So I am much more impressed by something like ShavedMax custom gold machine. And the reason why you are facing so much hostility is because you are not the first noob that comes here and claims that you are going to turn your car into a GTR, you are going to have a crapload of work done to your ride and then never do anything, no pictures are ever uploaded and we never hear from you again. So here. Those were just my two cents.

WTH would you do this to the car anyway? Its going to cost real $$$, get a real sports car and do some work on that.

WOW!!! I deff didnt expact to get a load of s**t dumped on my parade........ Especially about the spoiler... And yes, its a STILLEN GTR 3rd Gen Maxima spoiler which none of you all seem to have on your rides.... soo blahhhh to that! I wasnt looking to make foos out of friends. Sooo ANYWAY! My body shop is in a redneck town of Vermont, bout the only "sports cars" theyve seen, are stupid civics... And some redneck fords and chevys... But pish posh, and foooey on your doubts... Gimme a lil over a month, and you shall have your pics!!!
I went with the German spec E36 headlights, too late to change the idea of those. And as far as the stillen kit goes, Im still looking for some input as to which front bumper from a skyline kit will fit best -ie, least mods to fit- so anytime someone gets a thought. Well, thanks a lots guys for all the support, glad were a big happy helping family...

Please tell me where I can find this stillen gtr spoiler. A link would be wonderful. I think the reason that you dont see it on anyone's "ride" is because this stillen gtr spoiler doesn't exist. There is a type 2 spoiler, perhaps this is the impossible to find spoiler that you are referring to.

Old enough to spend thousands of dollars to do this project? You do realize that what you're intending to do will cost you as much as the car is worth. And we're just talking body work, I don't know if you have or plan on doing more to it. I asked because you come across as an overly enthusiastic teenager who may not understand the scope of such a project.
