Horrid Squeal from the front right wheel area

I just got my car lowered and got new struts and springs and shocks. I also got my calipers painted and got rims. At the same time my entire car died, and had to get new relays because nothing was getting any power at all. Now when I drive the car there is the aweful squeal like a metal on metal squeal that speeds up as I speed up, but when I apply the brakes it stops around 80% of the time. It just started after my all the above mentioned stuff happened to my car, and I was wondering what it could be. I dont know if this matters at all, but I washed my car and sprayed tire shine on the tires too. If anyone knows what is wrong, or could be wrong, or has any helpful advise please let me know. Thank you so much

Chris
