Distributor

Hi, I have been having elusive electrical problems for months now with my 92 GXE. My car will just stall while I am driving without notice. When the car is running it runs perfect. Has anyone had a distributor go on them? If so is their any way to test it? What are the symptoms of the dying distributor? How hard is it to replace? I assume paying for it is harder than replacing it

Cheers,
Matthew

I already replaced the wires, cap, rotor, reground my battery, replaced the fuel pump, and replaced the electrical portion of my ignition. When the car is running it runs great.

Cheers,
Matthew

Distributor is only $180 with the exchange.
Add $75 for core deposit.

would say to check the wires make sure they are not arcing? check the rotor inside of the distrubtor, also check the leads inside of the distributor they may not be making contact with the rotors contact point?
