i went searching on ebay for a keyless remote for my max, but since mine didn't come with one stock, which ones will work. How much would it cost and where could i program it?

Holla!

Any decent car stereo store will sell a universal keyless entry system. Don't know for sure, but I'm thinking less than a couple hundred installed- maybe a lot less.

If you have the time install yourself, save a bundle.

you need to buy a whole system and not just remote
3rd gens didn't come stock with remote keyless entry

I've had good experience with crimestopper stuff from ebay.
