IT'S A NEW PROJECT CAR......it's been sitting for almost a year now..

SO I BOOSTED IT WITH A TRUCK.......IT STARTS for a while, then it begins to rev lower and lower....then it dies

SUGGESTIONS FOR WHAT I CAN DO TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN:

I know i need:

New battery
Tune-up
Oil change

Anything else?

my friends car did that....he replaced battery and alternator and it runs good now....if you know you need a new battery.....thats your dieing problem

sounds like the battery and alternator are dead. replace the battery since you know it needs it, then check the alternator once you get the engine running.
