I just finished taking the pics outside and had Wally World do the developing. I have had the grille mounted on the hood for some time now, but could pop the hood by reaching through it. I finished the gutter guard grille two days ago and knew I'd have a problem. I didn't want to cut a hole in the guard, so I bought a choke cable from Auto Zone and some pins for the cable, drilled a hole in my latch, and ran the cable under the front bumper. TA DA! What do you guys think? Be gentle. Oh yeah, click on my link in the below...

a couple of things man. number 1, your car is DECENT! I'm not a fan of big wings and stuff too, and i think that car looks really nice. ok, 1. did you paint your stock rims? 2. what did you do with them? do you want to get rid of them? 3. what type of rims are on it now, they are really really nice! I've never seen anyone do a grille like that before on a max. is there a space between the bottom of it though? and how did you do it? did you post on it before. dude, your car is semi riced out and it looks sooooooo nice man! lol, anyway, sorry bout all the questions.

Where did you get your gutter guard from? I think that gutter guard or mesh grilles look phat as hell on a max. I want to make one for my black 90 SE but don't know where to shop. I went to Home depot but the kind of gutter guard they had was curved and hard as hell to bend. Any body else got any suggestions where to purchase. By the way what is the difference between gutterguard and mesh grilles. which one is better.Thanx in advance.

I got my gutterguard/ mesh grill from home depot...I ran into a problem however, but from what I hear the '91 grills aren't really the ones you want to modify its the 92-94 ones. But I'm gonna try something different, I figure that I'll get some bondo and see what I can put together, not till this summer though...I got finals coming up, but that Car is TIGHT as a DRUM! I defiantely like the way in which the grill is mounted and I think that the BMW lights give it flair....(considering it myself) HOT $**T.....

The wheels are not Momo Sports, These are PCW 175 and look alot nicer than Momo's. Momo's have a flat center to them which I think are ugly. These PCW are less than half of Momo's = PCW $111.00/ Momo $360.00 for 17's! The old wheels were painted but were getting scraped up and peeling, I'm using two of them to put drag radials on this season, unless my car goes in for the turbo! Flyry: What do you mean "semi riced out?" I've got more than enough engine mods to this car, this car is more GO than SHOW! Soon2b: what gap? Between the lights when the hood is up? I can live with that, seems like an even trade, I like it. Flyry, I'll email you about the mod.

I've tried getting on to photo point four times, it won't respond, it's not the link. I've had this link up for over a month and never had any problems till now, it's worked up till today. Just keep trying, I will too. Everything seems slow right now for some reason anyway.

very cool idea for the grill being conected to the hood like that. it does have a noticable gap at the bottom when the hood is closed. i gotta go with mike on the headlights. dont like the 2tone paint.

Just different. I get sick of seeing "stock" maxs in one boring solid color. I just don't think it would've looked right all silver. The stillen kit may change some people's opinion of the paint. Oh well, it's for me!

Just my opinion. And FYI, there is a smaller gap below the grille when closed than in its' original position.

111.00$ for those? I assume they are 17's, wow, that's pretty damn cheap! I've been looking for some 16s for a while, do you mind if I ask you where you got those from? There are many designs I really like but only so few that I can actually afford....
Did you get them from online?

thanks.

I have my license...

The $111.00 is what I could sell them for if they are still on sale. That is for a silver 17x7. That is as low as I could go on that wheel! I can get Niche, Neeper, Cragar, and several others. A lot of the wheels I can get look identical to some other popular wheels, like the Monsoons, I've got two that are identical for cheaper. Email me and let me know about what you're looking for and I'll send you some pics or even some pages from my catalog. If you're looking for something like what I've got, we can do that too. Just let me know, and thanks! Siege -Industry
