Bad Ground?

Ok here's my problem, I have a 94 maxima se, and it runs great. But whenever i rev the engine or really get on the gas going down the road my lights get real bright and my radio goes off completely. Ive had the battery and alternator tested and its fine. I was thinking that there might be a bad ground wire somewhere that isnt connected or is loose oor something. Does anyone have any idea's

when that happened to me (radio kept shutting off) turned out the voltage regulator. the alternator was pushing out 18 volts or so. that seems weird that the voltage regulator wouldn't be case if the lights get bright and the radio shuts off.

I did have the alternator check and it didnt push out more than 14 volts so i think that it should be fine, not sure how to check the voltage regulator though. Dont really know if that could be the cause.

so is it only when the pedal is to the floor? does it go away once you let go of the gas...once you slow down...after 30secs of not flooring the gas....or what...be a little more specifc on when the problems comes...goes, and how long it last, and also what is being operated or what you do at the time...
