where can i find a cai for the vg? thanks

You can do like some of us have done. Tear apart your intake box, and drill out the rivets holding the flange inside. Have that machined down, and put a 3" cone filter on the end. Get new bolts, and bolt it up to the MAF

true, thats what I did while I waited for my cai, but that makes it short ram...but I think he is looking for a cold air

Yeah true, for cold air, get one from Cattman or Warpspeed. I'm planing on making mine into a cold air from the spot I have now. But so far I haven't found a hood scoop I like

would i get about the same performance between doing that and just removing my airbox and replacing it with a nismo cone filter?

Actually, that hybrid kit would give you better performance. Notice on the original tube, that there's a drop box. That causes alot of unwanted turbulence. The tube gives a better smoother flow into the manifold.

I honestly can't tell you. I'm still using the original tube.

And as long as the filter has a 3" opening you should still be able to use it.

that guy makes custom intakes..the down side of using the 92 accord's cold air is that its 2.5.i've done this mod to my vg and its good,the other cold airs can run u a couple hundred dollars..im trying to get a pic of the place racing but theirs no site for it.

could you move the battery over to the old air box spot and find a more straight tube. or would the bat even fit there?
